This privacy statement describes how the Bed & Breakfast "Habitat" (hereinafter: “B&B”) handles the personal data of its guests, in accordance with Belgian privacy legislation and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

The B&B processes only the data that is necessary for managing bookings and fulfilling legal obligations. This includes:

Payment and invoicing details

No sensitive data is processed and no data that is not strictly necessary is collected.

handling the reservation,

the duration of the legal accounting obligations (maximum 7 years for invoicing data).

request deletion of non-legal mandatory data,
