We are happy to welcome you. To make everyone’s stay pleasant, we ask you to review the practical information and house rules.

 

🕓 Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in: between 16:00 and 20:00

(Let us know your arrival time one day before your stay.)

• Check-out: no later than 11:00

 

🚪 Access & Common Areas

• Access to the accommodation is closed at 23:00

• The veranda is open from 08:00 to 23:00

 

☕ Breakfast & Drinks

• Breakfast: served between 08:00 and 10:00

(Please let us know your preference the evening before.)

• Coffee & tea: unlimited included

• Honesty Bar (veranda): payable upon departure

 

🚭 Smoking Policy

• Smoking zone on the front façade by the bench

• The rest of the property is smoke-free

• Please use the ashtray for cigarettes

 

🕯️ Safety Rules

• Candles and open fire are prohibited in the rooms

• Do not place extra heating (in cold seasons) in the bathroom

 

🐾 Pets

• Pets are not allowed on the property

 

🛏️ Rooms & Furniture

• Please do not move beds, mattresses or furniture

• Room towels remain in the room

(Bathroom towels for the pool are available separately)

• If something breaks…? Let us know

• Turn off the air conditioning when leaving the room

 

🏊 Pool Etiquette

• After swimming, dry off and put on shoes before entering the house

 

🤫 Quiet & Respect

• Respect the quiet and privacy of other guests at all times
