We are pleased to welcome you. To ensure everyone has a pleasant stay, please take a moment to review the practical information and house rules.

🕓 Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in: between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM

(Please let us know your arrival time a day before your stay.)

• Check-out: by 11:00 AM at the latest

🚪 Access & Common Areas

• Access to the accommodation is closed at 11:00 PM

• The veranda is open from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM

☕ Breakfast & Drinks

• Breakfast: served between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM

(Please let us know your preference the evening before.)

• Coffee & tea: unlimited included

• Honesty Bar (veranda): to be settled upon departure

🚭 Smoking Policy

• Smoking area at the front of the house by the bench

• The rest of the property is smoke-free

• Please use the ashtray for cigarette butts

🕯️ Safety Rules

• Candles and open flames are prohibited in the rooms

• Do not place additional heaters (in cold seasons) in the bathroom

🐾 Pets

• My dog is allowed: room, driveway, terrace (passage), dog field

• Outside the room/dog field, my dog is ALWAYS on a leash

• My dog is ALWAYS under supervision

• If you leave the room unattended >> use the dog crate

• My dog does NOT go on beds/furniture

• My dog does NOT go in the pool

• My dog is non-reactive

• My dog is housebroken

• I immediately clean up after my dog's waste

• I do not let my dog urinate against the house or on the gravel

🛏️ Rooms & Furniture

• Please do not move beds, mattresses, or furniture

• Keep room towels in the room

(Bathroom towels for the pool are provided separately)

• If something breaks or there is a stain, please let us know

• Turn off the air conditioning when leaving the room

🏊 Pool Etiquette

• Dry off and put on shoes before entering the house after swimming

🤫 Rest & Respect

• Respect the rest and privacy of other guests at all times
